WEIGHT LOSS AND EMOTIONAL EATING

Finding The Right Balance

When it comes to nutrition and weight loss, one size certainly doesn’t fit all. Some of the most common concerns of being overweight are diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and joint problems. We are only too aware that losing weight may help these and other factors such as breathlessness, quality of sleep and tiredness.

Everyone is unique. Your weight, health challenges and lifestyle are all individual to you. Good nutrition is not as simple as saying “I can’t eat chocolate and cakes “. It’s all about finding the right balance for you to help you achieve sustainable weight loss.

I aim to improve your relationship with food and help you move away from FAD diets, counting calories and weighing food. I help you discover food FREEDOM and take the worry out of enjoying the foods you love. You may want to consider the 6 Week Online Program.
