I hit Reverse The Regain with The Bariatric & Nutrition Coaching Program and gradually started eating meals again but what I do now is prepare every meal, being mindful of my intake.
Within 4 weeks I’d lost a stone, I feel amazing, have my mojo back, I look forward to my weekly weigh in and tracking my progress, and I genuinely feel so positive and refocused and this is down to Van's patience, taking time to understand, getting me to realise the core of my past eating habits, and focusing on what makes me tick.
For me it’s to set goals. Once I know where my focus is, I go full speed ahead so now, I’m putting goals in place, not my weight necessarily but clothes size and where I want to be, how I see myself looking by that goal.
