My mantra is “It’s not what you eat it’s about WHY you eat!”

 Eating healthily is about finding a balance and enjoying food. Van follows an ‘80/20 rule’. This means 80% of the time she aims to eat and drink well, and 20% to be more relaxed and not deprive the food she enjoys. When combining this with a regular exercise routine, it allows Van to keep her weight steady feel good about what she eats. 

She aims to give practical advice to help you reach your health and weight loss goals.
