I would recommend you sign up pre surgery as support includes the Pre-op stage and how to prepare for surgery and includes the Pre-op diet with meal plan. Always helpful to be prepared and don't forget the membership includes the supportive community where you can ask other women about their experiencies.

The membership covers the foundations of your post op diet recovery, working with your surgery and overcoming emotional eating to navigate sustainable weight loss. The membership contains an enitre module on regain and if you follow the guidance and attend Q&A coaching calls I am confident you will lose weight.
50% of the self paced video modules and worksheets focus on your relationship with food, mindset and habits, so you will gain insight into your triggers to eating and how to manage them. Attending monthly coaching calls with Van will provide personalised support and accountability to help heal your relationship with food.
The membership runs for 12 months, you have the option to pay monthly or in full and save. Many members also choose to sign up again for a further 12 months as they love being a part of the community and access support. Your weight loss journey will have many challenges and we want to be there to support you and also celebrate your wins!
