6 Week Weight Loss & Emotional Eating Program!
To allow full support to each candidate, we will be limiting spaces on the program.
6 WEEK PROGRAM:
Week 1: Managing your expectations and goal setting, calculating a realistic ideal weight, what is excess body weight.
Week 2: Psychology of plate size, macronutrients, how what you eat triggers your food
choice textures, eating techniques & how often should I weigh.
Week 3: Hunger & Satiety; Going back to basics, identifying your triggers to emotional
eating, stress hormones, good and bad foods, your comfort zone, dieting and
deprivation mindset.
Week 4: Trash your triggers to emotional eating, discover mindful eating, managing
stress, coping with weight stalls & weight regain.
Week 5: 5 Pillars to long term Health to maintain and sustain your weight loss.
Week 6: Design Your Diet, Lifestyle, Mindset & Celebrate your success.
Each session will include :
· Weekly virtual presentation with Van & discussion
· Weekly Personal Workbook & activities
· Resources including hunger & satiety chart, food & mood diary and emotional eating resources
