With warmth, wisdom, and over 33 years of experience across the NHS and private sector, Van offers far more than just nutrition advice. She creates a deeply personal and empowering space where women can finally heal their relationship with food, their body, and themselves.


Van understands how isolating the weight loss journey can feel—especially when old habits resurface or progress slows.
